I trust in the inherent wisdom and knowledge that you possess about your own experiences. I use my role as a therapist to help you tune in to your body, and connect with those experiences as resources for healing, empowerment, and liberation.

Relationship Therapy
Relationships have a profound impact on our emotional, psychological, and physical well being. Relationships that are congruent can provide a sense of belonging, support, and security — but relationships are not immune to challenges. Conflicts, miscommunication, unresolved issues, and changing dynamics can strain even the strongest connections.
I help couples, partners, polycules, siblings, and friends build stronger relationships by identifying underlying issues, helping improve communication patterns, and identifying effective coping strategies and skills to support navigation of conflicts and challenges.
